InvoiceX provides a suite of invoicing and digital ledger tools for small businesses. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice to you. We shall not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise our right to modify or discontinue the service.

3. User Account, Password, and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify InvoiceX of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.

4. User Conduct

You agree to not use the service to:

• Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. InvoiceX expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
